Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

French Attic offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love your French Attic jewellery item, you may exchange it within a month of purchase.  You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and postage cost of the new item.

French Attic does not offer refunds.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons, or to gift cards.

Returned products must be unworn and in original condition and packaging.
